I'm not biased against fox bodies, I think it's a good concept.

not for 12k. it had better have meier suspension for a mustang (ANY MUSTANG) to be worth 12k. except the new boss. i'd drop 12k for a new boss.

Not bad. There's certainly worse ways to spend $12k.

They're asking 12k US dollars, not 12k gold coins. A stock good condition '65-'66 Mustang is worth more than $12k.

regardless, something is only worth what someone is willing to pay, and no, i've driven mustangs...they're not worth money unless it's got a cage, and new suspension. don't get me wrong, i'm not a chevy guy or anything like that, but they drive like rip-stiks.

CP.

12k for a stock car in very good shape is a lot. At least where I live

a "Fox Body 5.0" is no different than the 1960's 302. At all. Same exact block casting except for the roller cam. If you're lucky it has GT40 heads (the casting type, not from a GT40) and you'll make 250hp.

It's only worth what the market is willing to pay, and one consumer does not a market make.

Well the fact is that car is worth more than 12k dollars. And the cars will be worth more stock than modified 99% of the time.

thats why i didn't sell my nova. it's worth more to me, than what people are willing to pay for it...and the people willing to give me what i want for it don't deserve it.

Well that's a hell of an attitude. I like Novas, but saying Mustangs handle like, how did you say, "rip-sticks" while owning one makes you look like a biased fool. Novas are known for a lot of things, their performance on the road course not being one of them. At least some Mustangs have Trans Am heritage.

Pics?

pics of? i didn't give 12k for my nova, either...i probably don't have 5k in the whole thing. but i've got tubular control arms and ladder bars...will get disc brakes eventually.
